How buying works with Karin.

1. Assess
We start with your needs, must-haves, maybes, timing, and constraints. Then we set a search criteria and plan of action.
2. Search
You get practical tools and guidance. Karin watches for fit — including opportunities that may not scream for attention on day one.
3. Find
When a strong candidate appears, we do preliminary checks, discuss concerns openly, and arrange further viewings when mornings or evenings work better for you.
4. Negotiate
Expert negotiation of the contract of purchase and sale, with clear instructions followed and modern e-signature support when useful.
5. Investigate
Every property is unique. Support can include permits, latent defect questions, zoning, strata/title risk, construction estimates, and the right professional referrals.
6. Follow through — and after sales
Once under contract, the job is to keep the transaction smooth, solve problems, and stay available. Many clients become long-term friends.
